Yes, we install cabinets, but only the ones we build or supply. The person who measures your kitchen is part of the install, and Raymond stays involved from the first visit through the final walk-through. That means fewer surprises between the shop and the wall.

Installation through us makes the most sense when the cabinets came from us. Here is how to tell whether it fits your project.
Installation is one part of a longer process. Here is what happens at each step.
We measure every opening and check the walls, floor and ceiling for out-of-square runs, uneven floors and soffits. Then we confirm how the cabinets will sit before anything is built.
The cabinets are built in Western Massachusetts and finished in our own spray booth. They are sized to your measurements, not to a standard catalog size.
We set the boxes, hang the doors and drawer fronts, and check that everything lines up. Then we walk through the finished kitchen with you before we call the job done.
New cabinetry usually takes 1–3 weeks on site, depending on the size of the kitchen. For a full replacement, the cabinets take up to about 3 weeks, and countertops and flooring can take up to about 8 weeks in total. Plan around that whole timeline, not just the install dates.
The kitchen is a full work zone for that time. Plan to set up a temporary kitchen somewhere else, with a sink, a microwave and a place for the refrigerator if you can. Before we start, we'll walk through what needs to be cleared from the room and the cabinets.
Raymond confirms the schedule on your written quote, and we keep you updated as the work moves along. You'll have one contact from start to finish.
A good cabinet installed poorly still looks poor, and a plain cabinet installed well looks better than its price suggests. When you compare options, ask who installs them and whether that person built them. Those answers say more about the finished kitchen than any brochure.
No. We install cabinets we build or supply. That keeps the fit and the finish with one team. If you're buying from a store or online, ask us about a cabinet we'd build instead, and we'll walk through the difference with you.

Not really. Installation is a full work zone, so plan on setting up a temporary kitchen elsewhere for the duration.
Usually 3–6 months from accepting a quote to the start of work. It varies with the season and the size of the job, and the timing is confirmed on your written quote.
No. HCD is a cabinet specialist, not a general contractor. We can recommend trusted people for those trades, and we'll coordinate the cabinet side with them.
We hold a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license and carry insurance. Ask us for the details when you call.
Raymond does the walk-through with you before we leave. If something needs a second look, tell us, and we'll look at it with you.
We're based in Palmer, MA, and work across the surrounding towns, including Ware, Monson, Ludlow, Wilbraham, Belchertown, Brimfield, Springfield and Chicopee. Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut are both in range. If your town isn't listed, ask us, because it may still be.
